Building Visitor Hours:

Visitors will not be required to have someone let them.

Building hours are between 9am and 730pm.

Before or after these hours, visitors will need to contact a floor supervisor for entrance.

Self-Screening

Visitors are required to self-screen upon entry.

Visitors must fill in the screening document before leaving the foyer.

All visitors are required to wear masks unless in a private space with the resident they are visiting.

Medical masks are available upon entrance – we ask that visitors continue to use facility provided masks.

Group Sizes:

If visitors wish to visit in groups larger than 3, we kindly request that a nursing supervisor is notified prior to the visit.

Important to Note

If you are experiencing cold-like or allergy-like symptoms, please do not visit. Also, anyone who has had Covid, must wait for a full 10 days following a positive test result, before coming to visit Harbour View Haven.
