October is Continuing Care Month
In the month of October, long term care organizations across Nova Scotia celebrate the dedication and hard work of the people who work on the frontlines. In the midst of Nova Scotia’s third wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, Harbour View Haven staff were forced to buckle down even further to carry out heightened restrictions and preventative actions. A feat they masterfully accomplished!

As a Resident of Harbour View Haven; 6. “You have the right to voice complaints regarding the facility or facility staff without facing discrimination.” In accordance with HVH policy regarding complaints, residents are encouraged to direct complaints to the CEO, the Director of Resident Care, the Assistant Director of Care, and/or Nurse Manager .
